Just beautiful, Judy. The flowers in Alabama are beautiful this year, too. I am so grateful for the beauty of the earth and especially for flowers.
Thanks, Mollianne. Mary (my daughter) lives in Alabama, too, and just recently picked some wildflowers -- they were so pretty!
I really like those flowers. They look like they have an orangey tint....my favorite color!
You are right, they would look good with the flowers I cut(Tiger Lillies.)
The eastern and western Indian paintbrushes are different flowers! I found a picture online of what I see in my yard:

Wow, maybe I'm wrong. I just assumed that the wildflowers I saw everywhere were the Indian Paintbrush. I did go online and compare what I had with some photos and they looked the same. Guess I'll need to do a little more research! Lucky you, to have them in your yard!
